摘  要:针对传统的电喷发动机节气门故障诊断方法存在故障误判的问题,提出了基于统计模量分析的电喷发动机节气门故障实时诊断方法。对电喷发动机节气门故障信号进行预处理,使用小波变换对故障信号最大值处的模极大值进行滤除,完成对故障定位信号的特征提取;对单个电喷发动机节气门故障信号变量的统计模量进行计算,提取出电喷发动机节气门故障信号批次轨迹分布特征,运用故障信号批次轨迹分布特征来判断控制限,将统计量值与控制限进行比较,完成对电喷发动机节气门故障的诊断。实验结果表明,所提方法与传统方法相比,可以精确地诊断出电喷发动机节气门故障,且诊断效率较高。Aiming at the phenomenon of fault misjudgment in the traditional throttle fault diagnosis method of EFI engine,it proposes a real-time fault diagnosis method of EFI engine throttle fault based on statistical modulus analysis.It prepossess the throttle fault signal of EFI engine,uses the wavelet transform to filter the modulus maxima at the maximum value of fault signal and realizes the feature extraction of fault location signal.It calculates the statistical modulus of throttle fault signal variable of a single EFI engine,and extracts the batch trajectory distribution characteristics of throttle fault signal of EFI engine,determines the control limit based on the fault signal batch trajectory distribution characteristics,obtains the statistical value and control limit.The experimental results show that the method can accurately diagnose the throttle fault of the electronic injection engine and the diagnosis efficiency is high as compared with the traditional method.
