2-6月龄婴幼儿先天性耳形态畸形无创矫正的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析耳廓矫正系统应用于2-6月龄婴幼儿先天性耳形态畸形的治疗效果,了解其影响因素,初步探讨其个性化治疗方案。方法收集2015年9月—2018年3月在我院耳鼻咽喉科应用EarWell耳廓矫正系统治疗婴幼儿先天性耳形态畸形26名2-6月龄患儿31耳耳廓形态畸形的临床资料,分析其临床特点及治疗效果。结果26名2-6月龄患儿31耳耳形态畸形中,有杯状耳3耳,垂耳5耳,隐耳6耳,Stahl’s耳2耳,耳轮畸形9耳,Conchal Crus耳1耳,复合形态畸形5耳;其中5名患儿是双侧耳形态畸形,21名是单侧耳形态畸形。31耳耳形态畸形应用EarWell耳廓矫正系统进行治疗,除其中1例垂耳中途放弃治疗外,另外20名患儿30耳治疗周期2周-8周,可达到3级以上的疗效评定标准,有效率96.77%。结论2-6个月龄婴幼儿使用矫正装置可有效治疗先天性耳形态畸形,避免后期手术治疗和心理危害。Objective To report treatment outcomes of the EarWell Ear molding system in 2-6 month-old Infants with auricular deformities.Methods Clinical characteristics and therapeutic outcomes in 26 2-6 month-old infants with congenital ear malformation treated from September,2015 to March,2018 were retrospectively reviewed.Results with ear malformation in the 26 infants(31 ears)included cup ear(3 ears),lop ear(5 ears),cryptotia(6 ears),Stahl’s ear(2 ears),helical abnormalities(9 ears),Conchal Crus(1 ear),combined ear deformities(5 ears).Deformities involved both sides in 5 infants.All but one ear(lop ear deformity and treatment declined)were treated using the EerWell Ear Correc-tion System,with excellent or improved cosmetic results,yielding a success rate of 96.77%(30/31).Conclusion Auric-ular Deformities can be effectively corrected between the 2nd and 6th month of life by the EerWell Ear Correction Sys-tem,reducing the need for surgical intervention.
