摘　　要：通过PLC和无线遥控技术设计了载重量为5吨的智能电动葫芦控制系统,具有手动和自动两种控制模式,实现了四个方向的双速控制,并且能够根据特定工序或者特定功能完成自动操作,配备了完善的工业保护措施.结果表明,控制系统功能灵活多样,操作方便、安全可靠.An intelligent electric hoist control system with a load of 5 tons is designed by means of PLC and wireless remote control technology.It has manual and automatic control modes,which realizes two-speed control in four directions.It can complete automatic operation according to specific processes or functions,which is equipped with perfect industrial protection measures.The results show that the control system has flexible and convenient operation,which is safe and reliable.
