升阳益肾汤对肺肾阳虚型过敏性鼻炎患者免疫球蛋白lgE,lgM,lgA及淋巴细胞表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察分析升阳益肾汤对于肺肾阳虚型过敏性鼻炎患者免疫球蛋白IgE,IgM,IgA及淋巴细胞表达的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年1月华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院收治的肺肾阳虚型过敏性鼻炎患者150例进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=61)和观察组(n=89),对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加升阳益肾汤,观察2组患者治疗后的免疫球蛋白IgE,IgM,IgA及淋巴细胞的改善情况,以及对VAS体征评分和QLQ-C30评分改善情况进行观察,并且比较治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后的免疫球蛋白IgE,IgM,IgA及淋巴细胞的改善情况以及VAS体征评分和QLQ-C30评分的改善均较对照组优,且疗效更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:升阳益肾汤对于肺肾阳虚型过敏性患者的免疫球蛋白及淋巴细胞表达具有积极的影响,可提高临床治疗有效率,缓解肺肾阳虚型过敏性鼻炎患者的VAS体征,改善患者的预后生活身心状况。Objective:To observe and analyze the effects of Shengyang Yishen decoction on the expression of immunoglobulin lgE,lgM,lgA and lymphocytes in patients with allergic rhinitis with deficiency of lung and kidney yang. Methods:From January 2017 to January 2018,150 cases of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of lung and kidney yang in Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology were given a retrospective analysis.According to the difference of treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups:an observation group(routine western medicine treatment combined Shengyangyishen decoction, n =89)and a control group(routine western medicine treatment, n =61).The improvement of immunoglobulin IgE,lgM,lgA and lymphocytes after treatment and improvement of VAS sign score and QLQ-C30 score were observed,and the therapeutic effect was compared. Results:In the observation group,the improvement of IgE,lgM,lgA and lymphocytes,VAS sign score and QLQ-C30 score were better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion:Shengyang Yishen decoction has a positive effect on the expression of immunoglobulin and lymphocytes in allergic patients with deficiency of lung and kidney yang,and can effectively improve the effective rate of clinical treatment.The VAS signs of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of lung and kidney yang can be effectively alleviated,and the prognosis of patients can be effectively improved.
