摘　　要：综述养心氏片治疗心力衰竭的研究进展,养心氏片具有营养心肌、改善心肌代谢、降低心肌氧耗、扩张冠状动脉、改善心脏血液供应、降低血液黏度、改善微循环的作用,能改善患者心功能,提高心力衰竭的疗效。The research progress of Yangxinshi tablet in treating heart failure was reviewed.Yangxinshi tablet can nourish myocardium,improve myocardial metabolism,reduce myocardial oxygen consumption,dilate coronary artery,improve cardiac blood supply,reduce blood viscosity and improve microcirculation.It can improve the heart function of patients and improve the curative effect of heart failure.
