桂枝人参汤治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察桂枝人参汤治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的临床疗效。方法收集2014年6月至2017年6月期间的LDH患者66例,采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组33例给予桂枝人参汤,对照组33例给予扶他林片,两组均治疗2个疗程后,评价其视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分以及总体疗效。结果两组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组总有效率为93.94%,对照组总有效率为72.73%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝人参汤在改善寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症患者症状体征积分及缓解疼痛方面具有优势。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with syndrome of cold-dampness treated with Guizhi Renshen Decoction.Methods From June 2014 to June 2017,66 LDH cases were divided into treatment group and control group with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with voltaren and the treatment group was treated with Guizhi Renshen Decoction.After 2 courses of treatment,the VAS scores and the total clinical effect were evaluated.Results The VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,indicating statistical difference(P<0.01).There was significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.94%in the treatment group and 72.73%in the control group.There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Renshen Decoction has advantages in improving the symptoms and signs scores and relieving pain in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with Syndrome of cold-dampness.
