超声药透自拟活血通络方对腰突症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的通过分析超声药物透入自拟活血通络方对腰椎间盘突出症临床症候群的治疗效果,为优化腰椎间盘突出症的中医临床治疗方案提供依据。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组30例,使用超声药物透入自拟活血通络方治疗,对照组30例,针灸治疗,完成1个疗程(10次)治疗后,观察两组患者的McGill疼痛量表评分变化情况,对视觉疼痛评分(VAS)、现时疼痛强度评分(PPI)、感觉项疼痛评分(S-PRI)、情感项疼痛评分(A-PRI)、总疼痛评分(T-PRI)进行对照分析。结果治疗组治疗后与对照组比较VAS、PPI、S-PRI、A-PRI及T-PRI各项评分均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组的治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.0l)。结论超声药物透入自拟活血通络方能明显降低腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛程度,提高治愈率,为优化中医临床治疗方案提供了依据。Objective To provide the evidence of the optimal clinical regimen of TCM in treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc through analyzing the effect on the clinical symptoms of the disease after treated with ultrasonic medicinal penetration of the self-prepared huoxue tongluo formula.Methods A total of 60 patients were randomized into two groups.In the treatment group(30 cases),the ultrasonic medicinal penetration of the self-prepared huoxue tongluo formula was used.In the control group(30 cases),acupuncture was given.After 1 course of treatment(10 times),McGill pain questionnaire score,VAS(visual analogue scale)score,PPI(present pain intensity)score,S-PRI(affective pain rating index)score,A-PRI score and T-PRI(total pain rating index)score were observed and analyzed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of VAS,PPI,S-PRI and T-PRI in the treatment group were all reduced obviously as compared with the control group(P<0.05).The curative rate in the treatment group was higher obviously than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The ultrasonic medicinal penetration of the self-prepared huoxue tongluo formula obviously reduces pain and improves the curative rate in the patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,which provides the evidence of the optimal clinical regimen of TCM.
