腹腔镜辅助小切口与开腹手术治疗老年胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的效果对比

摘　　要：目的对比腹腔镜辅助小切口手术和开腹手术用于老年胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者的临床效果。方法方便选取60例老年胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者予以研究,按患者入院日期单双号分组,试验组30例患者行腹腔镜辅助小切口手术,对照组30例患者行开腹手术,分析两组指标。结果试验组手术用时、术中出血量、术后并发症总统计率、术后恢复排气用时、住院天数[(55.80±4.85)min、(24.89±2.50)mL、6.67%、(24.87±3.30)h、(7.20±1.12)d]对比对照组差异有统计学意义(t=3.744、42.570、4.782、7.410,χ^2=4.320,P<0.05)。结论对老年胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者实施腹腔镜辅助小切口手术治疗的临床效果优于开腹手术。Objective To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic assisted small incision and open surgery in elderly patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation. Methods Conveniently selected 60 patients with perforated gastroduodenal ulcer were studied. According to the patient's admission date, 30 patients in the experimental group underwent laparoscopic assisted small incision surgery, and 30 patients in the control group underwent open surgery, to compare the indicators of two groups. Results In the experimental group, the time of operation, the amount of intraoperative blood loss, the total statistical rate of postoperative complications, the time of recovery of exhaust after surgery, and the number of hospital stays [(55.80±4.85)min, (24.89±2.50)mL, 6.67%, (24.87±3.30)h, (7.20±1.12)d], compared with the control group and the different were statistically significant(t=3.744, 42.570, 4.782, 7.410, χ^2=4.320, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopically assisted small incision surgery in elderly patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation is better than open surgery.
