摘 要:通过混凝搅拌试验研究了沉淀池排泥水回用对水质的影响,考察了南方地区排泥水回用的可行性。结果表明,回用排泥水上清液或混浊液,均有较好的助凝效果;回用对有机物去除效果的影响不大,不会改变原水中溶解性物质的分类;回用比较高时,混凝沉淀出水存在锰超标风险,其他金属指标均远低于国标限值。在合适的回用比下回用沉淀池排泥切实可行,能实现给水厂节能减耗和环境保护双重目标。The influence reusing the sludge water from the sedimentation tanks on the water quality was studied by experimental tests,and the feasibility of reusing the sludge water in southern area of China was investigated.The results showed that both the supernatant and the turbid liquid of the sludge water from sedimentation tanks could have good coagulation aiding effect.The removal effect of organic matter was equivalent to that when the sludge water was not reused,and the classification of dissolved substances in the raw water would not be changed.When the reuse ratio was relatively high,the content of manganese in the effluent had the risk of exceeding the national standard,while other metals were far below the standard limit.With proper reuse ratio,the sludge water from sedimentation tanks could be reused in waterworks,and it could achieve the dual goals of energy saving and environmental protection.
