摘 要:临床实习是医学教育的重要环节,是医学生向医生转变的重要阶段,对于西医院校留学生这个特殊群体而言亦是如此。适宜的教学方法能够改善临床实习阶段的教学效果。综合性医院的中医科作为西医院校唯一的中医学临床实习科室,也是向全球各国留学生展示我国传统中医中药的窗口科室。以中医药治疗的优势病种真实案例为基础,融合便捷多样的互联网资源和信息技术的CBL教学法,可以借助留学生学习中医药的原始兴趣,加深学生对中医学科体系和特点的认知,实现学生有兴趣学、主动学,并且学有所获,开创面向国际的中医学知识传播新途径。Clinical practice is an important part of medical education and an important stage for medical students to become doctors. This is also same for the special group of international students in western medical colleges. Appropriate teaching methods can improve the teaching effect of clinical practice. Traditional Chinese medicine department of general hospital as the only department in western medicine colleges for TCM clinical practice, and are also a window of TCM for international students around the world. On the basis of real cases which benefit a lot from the TCM treatment, case-based learning (CBL) teaching method integrates convenient and diverse Internet resources and information technology can deepen students' understanding of the discipline system and characteristics of TCM with the help of the original interest of TCM. At last, the objective is to realize that students are interested in learning, take the initiative to learn, and learn to gain, and create a new way for the international dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge.
