中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压治疗慢性肾衰便秘30例

摘　　要：目的观察中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压治疗慢性肾衰便秘的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为2组,对照组采用常规治疗加麻杏滋脾胶囊,观察组在常规治疗基础上结合中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压施治。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压治疗慢性肾衰便秘操作简便,疗效好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine umbilical compress and auricular point sticking therapy in the treatment of constipation of chronic renal failure. Methods The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with Maxing Zipi capsule and treatment of regular medicine, and patients in the observation group received Chinese medicine umbilical compress and auricular point sticking therapy except for treatment of regular medicine. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapy of Chinese medicine umbilical compress combined with auricular point sticking has good effect on constipation of chronic renal failure, and the method has simple operation.
