摘　　要：软坚汤为名医施今墨老先生的经验方,其主要由瓦楞子、海浮石、白芍、柴胡等组成,功效是软坚散结、消积化癥,可用于治疗乳腺增生结节、甲状腺结节、肝脏良恶性肿瘤等,即对肝经循行部位的肿块、癥瘕有较好的治疗作用,具有广泛的临床应用。从辨证论治的原则出发,对软坚汤的临床应用进行举例说明,为临床辨证施治提供可靠的依据。Ruanjian decoction is the experience prescription of the famous doctor Shi Jinmo. Its efficacy is mainly softening and resolving hard mass, even shrinking tumor. It has a good therapeutic effect on the masses along the liver meridian. The clinical application of Ruanjian Decoction was illustrated with examples, which provided reliable basis for treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
