针灸防治血脂异常的临床方案探讨分析

摘　　要：检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普和万方三大中文数据库,以“针刺”“针灸”“电针”“艾灸”“灸法”“隔药饼灸”“血脂异常”“高脂血症”为关键词检索各数据库自建库至2017年的有关针灸治疗血脂异常的文献,筛选出疗效确切的临床研究及病案报道48篇。笔者发现针灸防治血脂异常的疗法和临床方案内容十分丰富,主要包括毫针刺法、电针、艾灸、隔药饼灸或针灸结合其他疗法的临床应用方案。综合分析认为针灸结合其他疗法,可起到优势互补的协同效应,疗效确切且中医特色优势突出,但需要对临床方案进一步科学性的规范化及标准化研究。Searching Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Weipu and Wanfang's three Chinese databases, with "Acupuncture", "Acupuncture", "Electric Needle", "Moxibustion", "Moxibustion", "Vegetable Cake Moxibustion", "Hyperlipidemia" and "hyperlipidemia" were searched for the literature on acupuncture treatment of dyslipidemia in the database from the self-built database in 2017, and 48 clinical studies and medical reports were screened. Therapies and clinical programs for the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia by acupuncture and moxibustion are very rich, mainly including clinical applications of acupuncture, electroacupuncture, moxibustion, herbal-cake-separated-moxibustion or acupuncture combined with other therapies. Through comprehensive analysis, we believes that acupuncture combined with other therapies can play a synergistic effect of complementary advantages, the curative effect is exact and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine are outstandin g, but it is necessary to further scientifically standardize and standardize the clinical program.
