摘　　要：新时代高校思想政治工作队伍应具备政治性与时代性统一、专业性与职业性统一、主导性与主动性统一、创新性与超越性统一等基本特征,应从注重学科支撑、明确领域选择,拓展基础理论、强化专项知识,加强理论转化、推动实践创新,坚持系统思维、实现协调联动等几个方面提升高校思想政治工作队伍素质能力,以促进新时代高校思想政治工作队伍专业化和职业化水平。Taking"Great Ideology and Politics"as the research perspective,this paper analyzes the role orientation of college ideological and political work teams and the basic characteristics of college ideological and political work team in the new era.Then we explore the improvement path of the quality and ability of the college ideological and political work team by focusing on the support of disciplines and clearing field selection,expanding basic theories and strengthening special knowledge,strengthening theoretical transformation and promoting practical innovation,adhering to systematic thinking and realizing the coordination and linkage which are aiming at promoting the specialization and professionalism of the ideological and political work team in the new era.
