摘 要:以构树幼叶为外植体材料,研究不同外植体大小、生长条件、植物激素配比对构树愈伤组织诱导及分化的影响。结果表明,只使用单一激素0.5 mg/L的2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)诱导构树愈伤组织的诱导率最高,诱导出的愈伤组织颜色呈淡黄色且质地疏松;诱导构树愈伤组织分化成苗,使用10cm^3的构树愈伤组织,在光培养的条件下,接种在pH为6.80,加入2.0 mg/L 6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和1.0 mg/L萘乙酸(NAA)的诱导培养基中,成苗效率最高。The young leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera were used as the explants,the effects of leaf size,growing conditions and different hormone combinations on callus induction and differentiation were studied. The results showed that the highest rate of induction for Broussonetia papyrifera callus can be obtained to only use the single hormone 0.5mg/L2,4-D, the callus were inducted was faint yellow and loose texture. 10 cm^3 callus was cultivated under the condition of light, the condition of highest rate of differentiation was MS+2.0 mg/L6-BA +1.0mg/L NAA,pH 6.8.
