摘　　要：目的系统评价通脉养心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法从多种数据库查询资料,收集通脉养心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床随机对照试验,提取通脉养心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效指标,并使用软件RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析得出结论。结果通脉养心丸组患者的心绞痛临床症状(包括心绞痛发病次数、发病时间、发病程度)比对照组减轻(OR=4.33[3.13,5.99],P<0.000 01),中医证候疗效(WMD=-1.04[-1.32,-0.76],P<0.000 01)、(OR=7.04[3.98,12.45],P<0.000 01)和心电图疗效(OR=3.77[2.54,5.57],P<0.000 01)比对照组明显提高。结论通脉养心丸在中短期可以有效地改善冠心病心绞痛患者症状,仍需更多的临床实验来验证其长期疗效及安全性。Objective To evaluate the effect of Tongmai Yangxin pill on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods The clinical randomized controlled trial of Tongmai Yangxin pill for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease was collected from a variety of databases, and the therapeutic indexes of Tongmai Yangxin pill for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were extracted and using RevMan5.3 software. Results The clinical symptoms of angina pectoris (including the frequency, duration and severity of angina pectoris) were reduced in the experimental group compared with the control group (OR=4.33[3.13,5.99], P<0.000 01). The curative effect of TCM syndrome (WMD=-1.04[-1.32,-0.76], P < 0.000 01), (OR=7.04[3.98,12.45], P< 0.000 01) and ecg (OR=3.77[2.54,5.57], P < 0.000 01) were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Tongmai Yangxin pills can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease in the short and medium term. More clinical trials are needed to verify its long-term efficacy and safety.
