便秘贴联合莫沙必利治疗慢传输型便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨便秘贴治疗慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法选取我科2017年6月—2018年10月慢传输型便秘的患者60例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采取便秘贴与莫沙必利联合治疗,对照组用莫沙必利治疗,比较2组患者的总体疗效。结果观察组患者总体疗效优于对照组,观察组治愈率26.7%,显效率50.0%,有效率23.3%,无效率0.0%;而对照组治愈率0.0%,显效率23.3%,有效率53.3%,无效率23.3%,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论便秘贴能有效提高临床疗效,缓解慢传输型便秘患者相关症状。Objective To study the clinical effect of Bianmi plaster in the treatment of slow transit constipation. Methods 60 patients with slow transit constipation in our department from June 2017 to October 2018, according to randomly extraction, were divided into 2 groups, and each group had 30 cases. The observation group took Bianmi plaster and mosapride, and the control group was treated with mosapride. Comparison on the clinical efficacy was carried out. Results The total effective rate in observation group was better tnat that of the control group, and there had significant difference (P<0.01). In the observation group, the cure rate was 26.7%, the markedly effective rate was 50.0%, the effective rate was 23.3%, and the inefficiency was 0.0%. In the control group, the cure rate was 0.0%, the markedly effective rate was 23.3%, the effective rate was 53.4%, and the inefficiency was 23.3%. Conclusion Bianmi plaster can effectively improve the clinical effect, and quickly relieve related symptoms in patients with slow transit constipation.
