摘  要:目的探讨四君子汤加减配合认知干预在直肠癌患者中的应用效果。方法60例直肠癌患者被随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。2组均接受FOLFOX-7化疗及四君子汤方治疗,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上认知护理干预。观察2组自我护理能力、免疫功能及癌因性疲乏。结果观察组干预后无疲乏率明显高于对照组,重度疲乏率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后自我概念、自护知识、自护责任感、自护技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤加减配合认知干预改善直肠癌患者免疫功能及癌因性疲乏,提升患者的自护能力。Objective To investigate the effect of Sijunzi decoction combined with cognitive intervention in patients with rectal cancer. Methods Sixty patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups received folfox-7 chemotherapy and Sijunzi decoction, while the control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received cognitive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The self-care ability, immune function and cancer-induced fatigue of the two groups were observed. Results The non-fatigue rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the rate of severe fatigue in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and there had statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After intervention, self-concept, self-care knowledge, self-care responsibility and self-care skill scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and there had statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Sijunzi decoction combined with cognitive intervention can improve the immune function and cancer-induced fatigue of patients with rectal cancer and improve their self-care ability.
