消瘀和伤散治疗足踝部骨折肿胀临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察消瘀和伤散治疗足踝部骨折肿胀的临床疗效。方法本研究回顾分析九江市中医医院门诊2017年8月—2018年12月收治的足踝部骨折后组织水肿患者60例,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,试验组接受消瘀和伤散外敷后石膏托外固定治疗,对照组清洁后石膏托外固定制动,比较分析2组患者临床疗效。结果纳入研究的2组患者分别记录受伤后1 d、受伤后1周(肿胀、内踝处周长)及入院至手术时间间隔天数,及手术后1周、2周(肿胀、内踝处周长)及踝关节功能(AOFAS评分标准),试验组足踝部骨折后局部肿胀均有明显改善,术后4周踝关节恢复较好,明显优于对照组,2组观察对象临床治疗效果比较,存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论足踝部骨折组织水肿患者接受消瘀和伤散治疗后,有助于缓解骨折后损伤局部的肿胀程度,缩短入院至手术时间,缓解手术术后的肿胀及加快创口修复,以利于尽快进行术后功能锻炼和功能恢复,因而具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyu Heshang powder in the treatment of ankle fracture swelling. Methods This study reviewed and analyzed the clinical data of 60 patients with tissue edema after ankle fracture From August 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital. Patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group applied Xiaoyu Heshang powder and gypsum sxternal fixation brake, and the control group received gypsum sxternal fixation brake after clearing. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed. Results The 2 groups of patients included in the study recorded 1day after injury, 1 week after injury (swelling, circumference of internal ankle) and the number of days between admission and operation interval, 1 week after operation, 2 weeks (swelling, circumference of internal ankle) and ankle function (AOFAS score standard) and the local swelling of ankle fracture in the experimental group improved obviously. The recovery of ankle joint in the experimental group was better than that in the control group 4 weeks after operation, and there were significant statistical differences in the clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoyu Heshang powder is helpful to relieve the local swelling degree after fracture, shorten the time of admission to operation, relieve the swelling after operation and speed up wound repair, so as to facilitate postoperative functional exercise and functional recovery as soon as possible, so it has high clinical application value.
