化痰消瘿散治疗桥本甲亢临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨化痰消瘿散对桥本甲亢的治疗作用。方法桥本甲亢患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组口服化痰消瘿散及常规药物治疗3个月,对照组常规药物治疗,观察2组治疗第1、2、3个月甲状腺功能、TGAb、TPOAb变化,并随访12个月后甲状腺功能、TGAb、TPOAb变化。结果治疗组第1、2、3个月后甲状腺功能正常率显著优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组第3个月后TGAb、TPOAb显著低于对照组(P<0.05);随访12个月后治疗组甲状腺功能正常率显著优于对照组(P<0.01);随访12个月后治疗组TGAb、TPOAb显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化痰消瘿散治疗桥本甲亢可使甲状腺功能稳定正常,并且可以降低TGAb、TPOAb水平,疗效好,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Huatan Xiaoying powder in the treatment of hashitoxicosis. Methods 60 patients with hashitoxicosis were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The treatment group was given oral Huatan Xiaoying powder and conventional antithyroid drug treatment for 3 months. The control group was given routine antithyroid drug treatment. The changes of thyroid function, TGAb and TPOAb in two groups were observed for first, second, third months after treatment, and thyroid function, TGAb and TPOAb changes were followed up after 12 months. Results After first, second, third months, the normal rate of thyroid function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.01). TGAb and TPOAb in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after the third month (P<0.05). After 12 months of following-up, the normal rate of thyroid function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.01). After 12 months of following-up, TGAb and TPOAb in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Thyroid function of patients with hashitoxicosis were kept normal by Huatan Xiaoying powder. And Huatan Xiaoying powder can reduce TGAb and TPOAb level.
