刮痧治疗颈肩痛的效果及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的评价刮痧治疗颈肩痛的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月接收并治疗的颈肩痛患者106例,分为2组,各53例。针刺组采用针刺方法进行治疗,刮痧组应用刮痧进行治疗。对比2组患者不同治疗临床效果和生活质量的差异性。结果治疗后,刮痧组治疗有效率为92.45%,明显高于针刺组(P<0.05);刮痧组一般健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康八个生活质量项目的评分值,明显高于针刺组(P<0.05)。结论刮痧治疗颈肩痛的效果显著,患者生活质量明显改善,可推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of scrapping on neck and shoulder pain and its effect on the quality of life of patients. Methods 106 patients with neck and shoulder pain admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects. 53 patients in the acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture and 53 patients in the scraping group were treated with scrapping. The difference of clinical effect and quality of life between the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of scrapping group was 92.45%, which was significantly higher than that of acupuncture group (P<0.05). The scores of general health, physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health in the scrapping group were significantly higher than those in the acupuncture group (P<0.05). Conclusion Scrapping in the treatment of neck and shoulder pain has a significant effect on the quality of life of patients and can be widely used.
