中医外治护理方案在慢性肾衰竭早中期患者中的应用研究及效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨中医外治护理方案对慢性肾功能衰竭早中期患者的临床应用效果。方法将肾内科68例纳入研究的慢性肾衰早中期患者随机分为外治护理组和普通护理组,各34例。普通护理组接受常规对症护理,外治护理组在对症护理基础上接受中药泡洗、中药离子导入、中药熏蒸、中药保留灌肠、耳穴压籽、艾灸中的至少1种中医外治护理技术进行护理。比较2组患者在住院天数、护理效果满意度、相应护理方案实用性之间的差异,对比2种护理方案的应用效果。结果经不同护理方式干预后,中医外治护理与普通护理对患者住院天数的影响无明显差别(P>0.05),但在护理方案实用性和效果满意度方面,2种方案均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),外治护理组患者对护理的实用性、满意度均高于普通护理组。结论中医外治护理方案对慢性早中期肾衰疗效确切,对中医外治护理方案在临床的广泛推广有着重要意义。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and nursing program of on patients with chronic renal failure in the early and middle stages. Methods Sixty-eight patients with chronic renal failure in the early and middle stages of the study were randomly divided into external nursing group and general nursing group, with 34 cases respectively. The general nursing group received routine symptomatic nursing. On the basis of symptomatic nursing, the external treatment nursing group received at least one kind of external treatment nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine in soaking, iontophoresis, fumigation, retention enema, ear point pressing seeds and moxibustion. The difference between the two groups in hospitalization days, satisfaction of nursing effect and practicability of corresponding nursing scheme, and the application effect of the two nursing schemes was compared. Results After the intervention of different nursing modes, there was no significant difference in the effect of TCM external nursing and general nursing on hospitalization days (P>0.05), but there were significant differences in the practicability and satisfaction of nursing schemes between the two schemes (P<0.05). The practicability and satisfaction of external nursing group were higher than that of general nursing group. Conclusion TCM external treatment nursing program has definite curative effect on chronic early and middle renal failure, and is of great significance to the extensive promotion of TCM external treatment nursing program in clinical practice.
