半夏白术天麻汤治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的应用及对巨噬细胞极化的影响研究进展

摘　　要：研究显示,近年来颈动脉粥样硬化发病率呈上升趋势,而颈动脉内膜中层厚度增加或者斑块形成为卒中独立危险因素,对于颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者实施一项有效的治疗十分重要,能改善患者预后,促进患者能早期康复。因此,本次研究对半夏白术天麻汤治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的应用及对巨噬细胞极化的影响研究进行相关综述。Research shows that in recent years the incidence of carotid artery atherosclerosis is on the rise, and carotid intima-media thickness increase or plaque to form independent risk factors for stroke, for patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque is very important to implement an effective treatment, can improve the prognosis of patients, promote patients early recovery. Therefore, this study summarized the application of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaques and the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on macrophage polarization.
