摘  要:现有的机床顶尖结构单一,多适用于较小工件加工时的辅助支撑,对于大孔径工件无法实现辅助支撑。为了解决大孔径工件的辅助支撑问题,根据撑杆原理设计了一种可以辅助支撑大孔径工件的十字顶尖,该顶尖由四个可调撑杆调节支撑范围,精密螺纹连接控制精度,十字对称结构保证刚度并能自适应内孔圆度,不仅可以辅助支撑内孔,还可以用于辅助矫正零件装夹,目前已经在部分企业推广应用,效果良好。Currently,the existing machine tool center structure is single, and most of them are suitable for the auxiliary support of the smaller workpiece processing. The machine tool center structures can not realize the auxiliary support for the large aperture workpiece. To solve the problem of auxiliary support for large aperture workpiece, a tool center is designed to support the workpiece with large aperture,according to the principle of brace . The center is regulated by four adjustable braces, and the precision of precision thread connection is controlled. The cross symmetric structure ensures stiffness and adapts to the roundness of the inner hole. The tool center can not only support the inner hole, but also be used to correct the clamping of parts. At present, it has been widely used in some enterprises, and the effect is good.
