摘  要:针对传统垃圾桶在收集垃圾过程中垃圾外散、装满无人收、异味外泄等造成二次污染的问题,设计了一种新型智能地埋式垃圾分类收集站,它主要包括景观投料箱、外框总成、内收集总成、升降机构、自动抽水系统、智能物联模块及240 L垃圾桶等。该装置配备监控管理智能系统,建立物联共享网络,不仅减轻环卫工人负担,提高工作效率,也可充分利用地下封闭空间,防鼠防臭防扒拾,更好地保护投放点环境。Aiming at the secondary pollution caused by garbage dispersal, unacceptable filling and odor leakage in traditional garbage bins during garbage collection, a new type of intelligent underground garbage sorting and collection station is designed, which mainly includes landscape feeding bin, outer frame assembly, inner collection assembly, lifting mechanism, automatic pumping system, intelligent couplet module and 240L garbage bin. The device is equipped with intelligent monitoring and management system, and establishes a shared network of IWU, which not only reduces the burden of sanitation workers and improves work efficiency, but also makes full use of underground enclosed space, anti-rodent, odor and pickup, and better protects the environment of the launch point.
