摘 要:抽气机是煤层气开采必不可少的设备,其巨大的耗能一直是煤层气开采行业面临的巨大问题。抽气机载荷参数变化十分大,因此会加剧电能的损失,严重影响采气经济效益。针对这一问题,本文设计了一种采用非圆齿轮实现换向的抽气机。为适应不同工况,该抽气机采用多槽皮带轮调节冲次,采用变速箱实现冲程的调节。非圆齿轮自动换向抽气机可以显著提高抽采效率,将带来重大的经济效益。Pumping unit is an indispensable equipment for CBM mining, and its huge energy consumption has always been a huge problem faced by the CBM mining industry. The load parameters of pumps vary greatly, which will aggravate the loss of electric energy and seriously affect the economic benefits of gas production. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs a kind of pumping unit which uses non-circular gears to realize commutation. In order to adapt to different working conditions, the pumping unit adopts multi-groove pulley to adjust stroke, and gearbox to adjust stroke. Non-circular gear automatic reversing pumps can significantly improve the extraction efficiency, which will bring significant economic benefits.
