摘　　要：首先介绍了装载机在粮食作业的工况;然后根据粮食工况对装载机的卸高、斗容和整机性能等主要参数提出明确要求;并介绍了轻载物料装载机工作装置设计;最后验证轻载物料装载机的主要参数是否满足设计要求。希望本文有助于装载机工作装置的设计、整机性能匹配和研究的开展。Firstly, this paper introduces the working condition of loader in grain operation.Then, according to the grain working conditions, the main parameters such as unloading height, bucket capacity and whole machine performance of the loader are put forward, and then the designof the working device of the light load material loader is introduced.The purpose of this paper is to verify whether the main parameters of the light load material loader meet the design requirements. It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the design of the working device of the loader.The performance matching and research of the whole machine.
