常用糖尿病中成药的分类使用及作用探析

摘　　要：糖尿病是一组以高血糖为临床特征的代谢紊乱性疾病,在中医属于“消渴病”范畴。糖尿病的发生与体质、生活方式、情志因素、年龄等因素有关。在糖尿病的治疗中,中成药因其疗效良好且服用方便而备受瞩目。该文通过查询《中国药典》中具有治疗糖尿病药效的中药成方制剂及中国知网发表的糖尿病中成药的相关论文研究,从常用药的用药原则、用药方案、用药提示及其中代表药物的用药研究等几个方面进行阐述。Diabetes is a group of metabolic disorders with high blood glucose as a clinical feature, and it belongs to the category of "diabetes" in Chinese medicine. The occurrence of diabetes is related to factors such as constitution, lifestyle, emotional factors and age. In the treatment of diabetes, Chinese patent medicines have attracted much attention because of their good efficacy and convenience. This article is based on the Chinese Pharmacopoeia's prescriptions for the treatment of diabetes, and the related papers on diabetes proprietary Chinese medicine published by China National Knowledge Infrastructure, from the principle of drug use, the drug regimen, the medication tips and the drugs on behalf of the drug, and several aspects such as research are elaborated.
