无缝隙护理管理在危重症监护病房的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分析无缝隙护理管理在危重病症监护病房的应用效果。方法将2017年11月—2018年11月该院收治的82例危重症监护病房患者分为观察组与对照组,每组41例,对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组实施无缝隙护理管理,观察和对比两组患者的护理满意度、死亡率。结果对两组患者分别实施常规护理管理、无缝隙护理管理后,观察和对比两组患者的护理满意度、死亡率,结果显示:观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组,护理满意度分别为95.12%和75.60%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组死亡率明显低于对照组,死亡率分别为4.87%(2/41)和21.95%(9/41),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.144 7,P=0.023 3)。结论在危重症监护病房中应用无缝隙护理管理,能够有效提高护理满意度,减少患者死亡率,值得在临床中推广和应用。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of seamless nursing management in critical care unit. Methods A total of 82 patients in ICU from November 2017 to November 2018 were divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing management, while the observation group was given seamless nursing management. The nursing satisfaction and mortality of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After implementing routine nursing management and seamless nursing management, the nursing satisfaction and mortality of the two groups were observed and compared. The results showed that the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was 95.12% and 75.60%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The mortality of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The mortality rates were 4.87% (2/41) and 21.95%(9/41), respectively. The difference between groups was significant(χ^2=5.144 7,P=0.023 3). Conclusion The application of seamless nursing management in ICU can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and reduce patient mortality, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
