摘　　要：目的通过强化护理管理模式,分析对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者液体平衡的影响。方法结合2018年1—12月期间,该院所收治的78例MHD患者为研究对象,将所有患者分为对照组和观察组两组,分别进行传统护理管理措施和强化护理管理措施。结果经过两种不同的护理管理措施,观察组患者体重合格数量、完成血液透析脱水量平均值合格数量、血压达标数量高于对照组,观察组充血性心力衰竭患者数量低于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着护理管理模式的不断完善和更新,通过对护理管理模式的强化,能够有效降低各种护理事故的发生,保持MHD患者的体液平衡,减少各种病症的发生,提高患者的安全。Objective To analyze the effect of intensive nursing management on fluid balance in (MHD) patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods From January to December 2018, 78 patients with MHD were divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group. The traditional nursing management measures and the intensive nursing management measures were carried out respectively. Results After two kinds of different nursing management measures, the number of qualified weights, the average number of completed hemodialysis dehydration, and the number of blood pressure standards in the observation group are higher than those in the control group. The number of congestive heart failure patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05) Conclusion With the continuous improvement and renewal of nursing management mode, the nursing management model can effectively reduce the occurrence of various nursing accidents, maintain the balance of body fluid of patients with MHD, reduce the occurrence of various diseases, and improve the safety of patients.
