摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复理念在肺癌全肺切除术患者护理管理中的应用价值。方法从该院2015年12月—2017年12月收治的肺癌患者中任选72例为研究对象,依照护理管理方式分成对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规护理管理,观察组采用快速康复外科理念护理管理,对比护理管理成效。结果观察组护理管理质量得分高于对照组,风险事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理在于肺癌全肺切除术患者护理管理中应用价值明显。Objective To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation in the nursing management of patients with lung cancer after pneumonectomy. Methods A total of 72 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing management method. The control group received routine nursing management. The observation group adopted the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing management. Nursing management effectiveness was compared. Results The quality of nursing management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of risk events was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation surgery is worthy of application in the nursing management of patients with lung cancer after pneumonectomy.
