低温等离子靶点消融术联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨低温等离子靶点消融术联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法对150例在该院就诊的腰椎间盘突出患者进行研究,患者在该院就诊时间分布于2016年4月—2018年1月期间,按照患者就诊时就诊卡编号位数单双将其分为两组各75例(对照组和观察组)。对照组给予射频靶点热凝术治疗,观察组给予低温等离子靶点消融术治疗,同时两组均联合臭氧治疗,比较患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗优良率94.67%明显高于对照组的80.00%(χ^2=4.826,P<0.05),且治疗后3个月的VAS评分(2.05±0.54)分明显低于对照组的(2.65±0.23)分(t=6.575,P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组的ODI指数低于对照组,直腿抬高度数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子靶点消融术联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出能取得理想疗效,缓解患者痛苦,具有推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-temperature plasma target ablation combined with ozone in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 150 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in our hospital were studied.The patients'visiting time in our hospital was from April 2016 to January 2018.According to the number of visiting cards,the patients were divided into two groups,75 cases in each group(control group and observation group).The control group was treated with radiofrequency target thermocoagulation,while the observation group was treated with low temperature plasma target ablation.At the same time,the two groups were treated with ozone,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(χ^2=4.826,P<0.05).And the VAS score(2.05±0.54)points in the three months after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.65±0.23)points(t=6.575,P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the ODI index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the number of straight leg elevation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma target ablation combined with ozone in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can achieve the ideal effect,relieve the pain of patients,which has the value of popularization.
