摘　　要：21世纪是科学技术飞速发展的时代,医学也不例外,随着异体输血在临床应用上暴露出病原体传播、输血不良反应等缺陷,医学工作者已研制出自体血回输机,在术中将自体血进行回输,术中能将收集到的新鲜自体血液及时回收后输注,从而避免异体输血引起的一些弊端,达到尽早纠正贫血,为抢救赢得时间,提高成功率。该文就自体输血在临床上的应用做一综述。The 21st century is an era of rapid development of science and technology,and medicine is no exception.As allogeneic blood transfusions expose defects in pathogen transmission and adverse reactions of blood transfusion in clinical applications,medical workers have developed autologous blood transfusion machines.During the operation,the collected fresh autologous blood can be recovered and infused in time to avoid some of the drawbacks caused by allogeneic blood transfusion.It contributes to correct the anemia as soon as possible,win time for the rescue,and improve the success rate.This article reviews the clinical application of autologous blood transfusion.
