新时代高校青年教职工坚持社会主义核心价值体系研究

摘　　要：自2006年党中央首次正式提出社会主义核心价值体系以来,该价值体系建设经历了从理念到体系、从体系到价值观、从价值观到基本方略三个阶段的发展历程。党的十九大将“坚持社会主义核心价值体系”上升为新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本方略之一,成为文化强国建设的核心要义,意义重大。高校青年教职工是提高中国文化自觉自信、建设社会主义文化强国的重要力量。当前,高校青年教职工队伍具有高学历化、思想多元化、工作职业化、校本浅淡化的趋势,针对青年教职工的管理也存在门槛严格化、培养单一化、考评指标化、待遇差别化的倾向,导致高校在青年教职工群体中推进社会主义核心价值体系建设存在要求多但落实差、形式多但质量差、内容多但效果差的问题。新时代,应兼顾社会宏观、学校中观、个人微观“三维互动”,坚持涵养校园文化、打造多元平台、提升综合能力、强化志愿服务、突出真情关爱“五位一体”多措并举的建设思路,努力提高高校青年教职工贯彻基本方略、践行社会主义核心价值观的质量和水平。Since the Central Party Committee of the Communist Party of China officially proposed the core socialist values for the first time in 2006,the implementation of such values has gone through three stages:from concept to system,from system to values,from values to national strategy.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made“upholding the core socialistvalues”into one of the fundamental strategies that adhere to and promote socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and has become the essence of building a culturally-strong country,which is of great significance.Young faculty and staff members in colleges and universities play an important role in enhancing the culture awareness and self-confidence,and fostering a strong socialist culture.At present,the young faculty and staff members of colleges and universities with a high degree of education,are more open to diversified ideas and professionalism.The administration over young faculty and staff members also has such problems like high thresholds,simplistic cultivation,statistical evaluation,and unequal treatment.The tendency has led to the problem of colleges and universities promoting the construction of the socialist core value system in the youth faculty and staff group.However,there are many problems,but the implementation is poor,the form is many but the quality is poor,the content is large,but the effect is poor.In the new era,we should take into account the“three-dimensional interaction”between society,school and individuals,adhere to the cultivation of campus culture,build platforms on different levels,enhance comprehensive capabilities,strengthen volunteer service,highlight the true feelings and care for the“five in one”and take the construction approach efforts will be made to improve the quality and level of the implementation of the basic strategy and the implementation of the socialist core values by young faculty and staff in colleges and universities.
