摘 要:目前陶瓷废料堆积量较大,难以全部回收利用。采用抛光渣、压榨泥、废砖屑三种陶瓷废料为原料制备轻质保温泡沫陶瓷,研究三种陶瓷废料配比、发泡剂含量、烧成温度和保温时间对泡沫陶瓷试样性能的影响。最终采用60wt%的抛光渣、30wt%废砖屑和10wt%压榨泥为原料,添加0.6wt%的SiC作为发泡剂,在1160℃保温时间30 min的条件下制得体积密度0.41 g/cm^3、抗压强度3.5 MPa、导热系数0.14 W/(m·K)的泡沫陶瓷材料。研究采用100wt%陶瓷废料烧制泡沫陶瓷,为陶瓷废料综合利用提供了一条可行的途径。At present,the amount of ceramic waste is too large to be fully recycled.Three kinds of ceramic wastes,such as polishing slags,press muds and waste brick scraps,were used as raw materials to fabricate lightweight thermal insulation foam ceramics.The influence of three kinds of ceramic waste ratio,foaming agent content,sintering temperature and holding time on the properties of foam ceramics were studied.Finally,the foam ceramic with bulk density of 0.41 g/cm^3,compressive strength of 3.5 MPa and thermal conductivity of 0.14 W/(m·K)was prepared by using 60wt%polishing slags,30wt%waste brick scraps and 10wt%press muds as raw materials and adding 0.6wt%SiC as foaming agent at 1160℃ for 30 min.100wt%ceramic wastes were used to fabricate foam ceramics.It provided a feasible way for the comprehensive utilization of ceramic wastes.
