摘 要:燃料电池的长寿命安全使用对相关联的封接玻璃提出了更高的要求,为明确封接玻璃的组成和晶相析出对封接玻璃转变温度、热膨胀系数等的影响规律。以BaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2作为基础玻璃体系,通过测试玻璃的DSC、XRD、CTE等性能参数,研究组成中BaO含量和热处理制度对玻璃封接性能的影响。结果表明,BaO能够增大玻璃的热膨胀系数,降低玻璃的特征温度。随着BaO含量的增加,基础玻璃的CTE从9.24×10^-6 K^-1增加到11.26×10^-6 K^-1。其中B3组玻璃满足SOFC的使用要求,可用作封接玻璃。B3组基础玻璃在模拟电池的工作温度下热处理后,主晶相为正交晶系的BaSiO3,微晶玻璃的膨胀系数提高至10.53×10^-6 K^-1,同样能够满足与电解质YSZ(CTE:10.5×10^-6 K^-1)、以及Corfer22APU连接板(CTE:12×10^-6 K^-1)的匹配要求;析晶后玻璃的软化温度提高至830℃,提高了封接玻璃的使用温度,在SOFC工作温度(700~800℃)下,所制备的封接微晶玻璃在软化温度以下不会过度流动,能够保证良好的密封,满足封接的功能需求。The long-lived and security application of fuel cells puts forward higher requirements for the associated sealing glasses.In order to explore the effect of composition and crystalline phase precipitation of sealing glass on the transition temperature and thermal expansion coefficient of sealing glass,based on the BaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 glass,the effect of BaO content in composition and heat treatment on the sealing properties of glass was studied by means of testing DSC,XRD,CTE and other performance parameters of glass.The results show that BaO can increase the thermal expansion coefficient of glass and reduce the characteristic temperature.With the increase of BaO content,the CTE of glass increases from 9.24×10^-6 K^-1 to 11.26×1O^-6 K^-1.The B3 glass is heat treated at the total temperature of the simulated battery,and the main crystal phase is orthorhombic BaSiO3.The expansion coefficient of the glass ceramic is raise to 10.53×10^-6 K^-1,which can satisfy the electrolyte YSZ(CTE:10.5×10^-6 K^-1),and the matching requirements of the chrome-nickel alloy connecting plate(CTE:12×1O^-6 K^-1);the softening temperature is raise to 830℃,increased the use temperature of the sealing glass,and the seal is prepared at the SOFC working temperature(700-800℃).The glass ceramic does not excessively flow below the softening temperature,which can ensure a good seal and meet the functional requirements of the sealing.
