摘  要:在内径0.090 m、高2 m的旋流气升式环流反应器(HALR)中,表观气速为0.37~3.9 cm/s,以空气为气相,分别以水、6个质量分数(w=0.5%~15%)的甘油水溶液为液相,研究了在不同底部间隙、翅片数量及翅片角度时,上升区平均气含率随表观气速的变化规律。结果表明,所有物系上升区平均气含率都随表观气速的增加而增加;在低表观气速(u g<1.2 cm/s)时,不同翅片角度及翅片数量对上升区平均气含率影响小;在高表观气速(u g>1.2 cm/s)时,上升区平均气含率随翅片数量增加而增大、随翅片角度减小而增大;底部间隙小(b=1.25、2.4 cm)的上升区平均气含率相接近,并都小于底部间隙大(b=3.5 cm)的上升区平均气含率;上升区平均气含率随w(甘油)的增加而增加;建立了气含率与w(甘油)的关联式,关联式的预测值与实验值吻合较好,平均相对误差为5.54%。The relationship between the average gas holdup in riser and different bottom clearance,the number of fin,the fins angle and concentration of glycerol aqueous solution were studied in the Helical-Flow Airlift Loop Reactor with the diameter 0.090 m and height 2 m,for air-water and air-glycerol aqueous solution,range of which w was 0.5%~15.0%,and superficial gas velocities,range of which was from 0.37 to 3.9 cm/s.The results showed that the average gas holdup of all systems in riser increased with the increasing of superficial gas velocity.The average gas holdup of different number and angles of fin were close to each other when the superficial gas velocity was below 1.2 cm/s.The average gas holdup was large when the number of fin was more and the angle of fin was smaller.The average gas holdup of the riser increased with the increasing of number of fin,with the decreasing of the angles of fin when the superficial gas velocity was beyond 1.2 cm/s.The average gas holdup in the riser which was measured at range of bottom clearance b from 1.25 to 2.4 cm,was similar and smaller than that of the larger bottom clearance which was 3.5 cm.The average gas holdup in riser increased with the increasing of w(glycerol),and a semi-empirical formula for gas holdup and glycerol concentration was established.The predicted value obtained by this formula was in good agreement with the experimental value,with an average relative error of 5.54%.
