摘 要:通过研究75t/h循环流化床锅炉水冷壁磨损的原理,明确磨损的主要部位、具体原因,进而为水冷壁磨损的防治提供理论基础,最终为确保75t/h循环流化床锅炉在生产中的正常运行提供良好的保障。针对水冷壁磨损不同部位磨损的情况与具体原因进行了深入的分析,形成对于水冷壁磨损的全面认识。探讨了热喷涂技术和防磨梁技术的运用,锅炉运行的调整,日常的检修维护进行水冷壁磨损防治的具体措施。通过这些措施可以起到不同程度地延缓磨损的效果,但是无法将水冷壁的磨损完全消除。By studying the principle of water wall wear of 75T/h circulating fluidized bed boiler,the main parts and specific causes of wear are clarified,which provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of water wall wear,and finally ensures the normal operation of 75T/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in production.Good protection.The article makes an in-depth analysis of the wear and tear of different parts of the water wall wear and the specific reasons,forming a comprehensive understanding of the water wall wear.It also discusses the application of thermal spraying technology and anti-wear beam technology,the adjustment of boiler operation,and the daily maintenance and maintenance measures for water wall wear prevention.These measures can be used to delay the wear of different degrees,but the wear of the water wall cannot be completely eliminated.
