摘　　要：通过调整抽丝机主机机身加热温度,调整冷却水槽水温、及循环水量,调整抽丝牵伸倍数生产高强低纤丝,从而达到降低柔性集装袋的底盖布及袋体纵横向基布的单重;通过调整吊带生产工艺,用折叠丝替代吊带宽丝,调整吊带生产张力来降低柔性集装袋用吊带的单重。综上所述的几种生产工艺的改进,最终在确保柔性集装袋使用要求的前提下达到集装袋整体降低单重,从而达到降低生产成本的目的。By adjusting the heating temperature of the main body of the wire drawing machine,adjusting the water temperature of the cooling water tank and the circulating water volume,adjusting the drawing drafting multiple to produce high-strength low-filament wire,thereby reducing the bottom cover cloth and the bag body vertical and horizontal of the flexible container bag.The single weight of the base fabric;by adjusting the sling production process,replacing the hoisting bandwidth wire with the folded wire,and adjusting the sling production tension to reduce the single weight of the sling for the flexible container bag.In summary,the improvement of several production processes described above finally achieves the goal of reducing the single weight of the container bag under the premise of ensuring the use requirements of the flexible container bag,thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the production cost.
