摘　　要：首先分析了人性化设计的必要性,接着分析了工艺配管人性化设计的目标,最后从降低生产操作人员作业强度,优化作业空间、保障作业安全,防止操作人员遭受烫伤、废气、粉尘、噪声的危害等方面探讨了工艺配管人性化设计的具体措施,以改善生产操作人员的工作环境。This paper first analyzes the necessity of humanized design,and then analyzes the goal of humanized design of process piping.Finally,discusses the specific measures of the humanized design of the process piping,from reducing the operation intensity of production operators,optimizing working space,guaranting the safety of operators,and preventing operators from being damaged by burns,exhaust gases,dust and noise,with a view to improving the working environment of production operators.
