差巴嘎蒿种子萌发与出苗机制研究

摘  要:差巴嘎蒿广泛生长于科尔沁沙地的流动沙地和半固定沙地,耐风蚀能力强,是流动沙地向半固定沙地转变的指示植物。在满足湿度的条件下,对差巴嘎蒿进行了温度与沙埋试验,结果表明:10~35℃最适宜差巴嘎蒿种子发芽,沙埋0.5~1 cm出苗率最高。Artemisia selengensis is widely grown in the mobile sand and semi-fixed sand land of Horqin Sandy Land.It has strong wind erosion resistance and is an indicator plant for the conversion of mobile sand to semi-fixed sand.It is also one of the main sand-fixing plants in this area.Temperature and sand burial experiments were conducted under the conditions of humidity.Result shows that the optimum germination of Artemisia scoparia seeds is 10-35℃,and the seedling rate of sand burial 0.5-1 cm is the highest.
