给排水专业生产实习、毕业设计与就业相结合的培养模式探索与实践

摘　　要：随着经济的发展,社会对给排水科学与工程专业的技术人才所具有的知识储备、实践能力等方面有了更高的要求,但本专业人才培养过程中仍存在实践教学效果难以保证等问题。为了培养学生的动手能力和工程实践能力,针对给排水专业的就业情况及现有的人才培养模式中存在的问题,南京工业大学浦江学院提出改革校企合作人才培养机制,将生产实习、毕业设计与就业相结合,学生能在工程实践中进行毕业设计。同时,以实习促进就业,减轻学生就业压力,有效解决毕业生就业难问题。上述措施在教学实践中取得了良好效果。With the development of economy,the society has higher requirements on the knowledge reserve and practical ability of the technical talents of water supply and drainage science and engineering specialty.However,there are still some problems in the process of training the professional talents,such as the difficulty in guaranteeing the effect of practical teaching.In order to cultivate students'practical ability and engineering practice ability,Nanjing Tech University Pujiang Institute proposed to reform the school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode and combine production practice,graduation project and employment.Students can carry out graduation project in engineering practice.At the same time,our school promoted employment through engineering practice,reduced the employment pressure of students,and effectively solved the problem of employment difficulties for graduates.The above measures have achieved good results in teaching practice.
