摘 要:本文将模糊综合评价方法应用到电力系统火灾风险评价中,建立了对应火灾风险评价指标体系,确立风险评价准则,建立了基于模糊综合评价理论的不同火灾风险评价模型。利用该模型对某省整体的电力系统进行了火灾风险评价,得到全省整体火灾风险分值为58.99,等级为Ⅲ级,火灾风险性较高,处于较难控制的水平。针对该省电力系统火灾危险程度,从消防设施,消防业务能力,消防管理三方面提出了具体的解决对应全省的控制对策,为后续的该省电力系统的消防管理和规划提供了重要参考。This paper applies the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the fire risk evaluation of power system, establishes the corresponding fire risk evaluation index system, establishes the risk evaluation criteria, and establishes different fire risk evaluation models based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The model is used to evaluate the fire risk of the whole power system in a province. The result shows that the fire risk score of the whole province is 58.99, the grade is grade III, and the fire risk is high, which is difficult to control. In view of the fire danger degree of the power system in this province, the specific control countermeasures corresponding to the whole province are put forward from the three aspects of fire fighting facilities, fire fighting business ability and fire fighting management, which provides an important reference for the follow-up fire management and planning of the power system in this province.
