摘  要:以家用电动汽车空调系统中的涡旋压缩机为研究对象,对其进行隔振系统的设计。采用传统力学方法对其进行平衡设计,通过对原有模型进行结构优化,改善其受力情况;通过对隔振器进行理论计算,设计出了涡旋压缩机的一级隔振系统,通过计算此一级隔振系统的运用结果验证了隔振器的实用性;利用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行动力学分析,得出其前六阶固有频率及相应的振型,来防止出现共振问题。最终使得涡旋压缩机的振动情况得到改善,达到平稳制冷的效果。The scroll compressor in the household electric vehicle air conditioning system is taken as the research object,and the vibration isolation system is designed.The balance design is carried out using traditional mechanical methods.The stress condition is improved by optimizing the structure of the original model.Through the theoretical calculation of the vibration isolator,the first-stage vibration isolation system of the scroll compressor is designed.The practicality of the vibration isolator is verified by calculating the operation result of the first-stage vibration isolation system.The ANSYS Workbench software is used to analyze the dynamics,and the first six natural frequencies and corresponding modes are obtained to prevent resonance problems.Eventually,the vibration of the scroll compressor is improved to achieve a smooth cooling effect.
