摘　　要：提出一种结合快递柜配送模式的小型化快递智能分拣装置,可以有效地解决快递员配送难、配送操作复杂、配送出错概率高等问题,是一种运用于快递配送相对集中的社区、学校、小区、公司等地方的智能分拣装置。该装置由驱动系统、传送平台、传感器和控制系统等部分组成,利用STM32控制器作为下位机对智能快递分拣装置就行控制,用LabVIEW作为上位机,负责人机交互与显示信息以及发送控制指令对下位机动作进行控制,整个过程自动化、无人化。This paper proposes a small-scale express intelligent sorting device that combines the delivery mode of express delivery cabinet,which can effectively solve the problems of difficult delivery,complicated delivery operation and high probability of delivery error.This small-scale express intelligent sorting device can be applied to communities,schools,communities,companies and other places where the express delivery is relatively concentrated.The device is composed of a driving system,a transmission platform,a sensor and a control system,and the STM32 controller is used as a lower computer to control the intelligent express sorting device.Using LabVIEW as the host computer to control the human-computer interaction and display information and send control commands to control the slave computer action,the whole process is automated and unmanned.
