摘 要:为了监测滚珠丝杠副的健康状况,对采集到的滚珠丝杠副振动信号做EMD分解,得到包含原始信号固有特征的若干IMF分量,对选定的IMF分量做FFT得到对应的频谱图,从频谱图中可以提取出滚珠丝杠副的特征频率,根据特征频率可以初步判断出滚珠丝杠副的健康状态。由分析可知,利用EMD和FFT对分析非平稳、非线性的滚珠丝杠副离散振动信号是有效的。In order to monitor the health status of ball screw pairs,EMD decomposition is used to perform the collected vibration signals analysis of ball screw pairs,and several IMF components containing the inherent characteristics of the original signals are obtained.The corresponding spectrum is obtained by FFT of selected IMF components.The characteristic frequency is extracted from the spectrum diagram.According to the characteristic frequency,the health state of ball screw pair could be judged preliminarily.As a result of analysis,EMD and FFT are effective in analyzing non-stationary and non-linear discrete vibration signals of ball screw pairs.
