摘  要:为研究不同应力状态下S690QL高强度钢材的断裂行为,设计了3种不同缺口半径的圆棒试样和等直试样,开展了圆棒试样的单调拉伸试验,分析了试样中裂纹的起始位置,获得了S690QL高强度钢材的基本力学性能。基于圆棒试样的单调拉伸试验结果,获得了S690QL钢材的真应力-塑性应变本构模型,应用该模型数值分析了缺口圆棒试样在单调荷载下的宏观力学行为,取得了良好的预测结果。最后,借助试验结果与有限元分析,建立了表征S690QL高强度钢材临界塑性应变与应力三轴度关系的计算模型。In order to investigate the fracture behavior of S690QL high strength steel under various stress conditions,the notched coupon specimens with different notch radius and standard coupon specimens are tested under monotonic tensile loading.The crack initiation location of coupon specimens is analyzed and mechanics properties of S690QL steel are presented.The relationship between true stress and plastic strain obtained from experimental results of standard coupon specimen is applied to simulate the mechanical behavior of notched coupon specimens,and the numerical predicted results are reliable.Finally,the calculation model is developed to present the relationship of critical plastic strain and stress triaxiality for S690QL steel by means of experimental study and finite element analysis of coupon specimens.
