金融支持农业供给侧结构性改革路径研究——基于新供给周期理论视角

摘　　要：本文将农业供给侧改革置于新供给周期理论视角下进行研究,分析金融支持农业供给侧结构性改革中存在的问题,提出农业供给周期扩张背景下金融支持农业供给侧结构性改革的相关建议,如夯实农村金融的广度和深度,满足农业供给侧结构性改革对金融的量的需求;找准新定位,提升农业供给侧结构性改革对金融的质的需求等。Since the year of 2015,Document No.1 of the Central Committee had proposed to steadily promote the structural reform of agricultural supply-side and accelerate the transformation of agricultural production mode.The advancement of structural reform of agricultural supply side involves the reallocation of production factors such as land,funds and technology,among them,funds play an important guiding role.Therefore,in the process of pushing forward the reform,financial institutions should constantly adapt to the changes in the development of agricultural modernization.This paper studies the agricultural supply-side reform from the perspective of the New Supply Cycle Theory,and puts forward some suggestions on financial support for the structural reform of agricultural supply-side under the background of the expansion of agricultural supply cycle.
