火针联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察火针联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎临床疗效。方法6 0例头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎患者,随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组采用火针联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法、对照组采用单纯5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗,均每21天治疗1次,共3次。治疗结束后观察两组患者的临床疗效、皮损愈合时间,随访2年观察复发率。结果观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为90.0%,两组疗效无统计学差异(P>0.0 5)。观察组皮损愈合时间为(10.70±3.51)d,对照组为(17.40±4.21)d,前者愈合时间明显快于后者(P<0.05);随访2年后,观察组有6例(20.0%)复发,对照组有1 1例(36.7%)复发,两组比较差异有统计学(P<0.05)。结论火针联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎具有安全有效、创面愈合快、复发率小的良好临床效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of fire-needle therapy combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic on treating perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens.Methods 60 cases of perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens were divided randomly into two groups.Treatment group was treated with fire-needle therapy combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy,the other group was only treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy as control.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and healing time of skin lesions were observed,and the recurrence rate was observed after 2 years.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 90.0%.Both the two therapeutic schedules were effective and had the similar curative effect(p>0.05).The healing time of the skin lesions in the observation group was(10.7±3.51)days,and that in the control group was(17.4±4.21)days.The healing time of the skin lesions in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(p<0.05).Two years after treatment,6 patients in the observation group had recurrence.The recurrence rate was 20.0%.In the control group,11 patients recurred,the recurrence rate was 36.7%.The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fire-needle therapy combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy for perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens is safe and effective,which with rapid wound healing and low recurrence rate.
