摘　　要：重症药疹是临床上常见的严重药物不良反应,主要包括Stevens-Johnscm综合征(Stevens-Johnson syndrome,SJS)、中毒性表皮坏死松解症(toxic epidermal necrolysis,TEN)及药物超敏反应综合征(drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome,DIHS)/药物反应伴嗜酸粒细胞增多及全身症状(drug eruption with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms,DRESS),病情进展快,皮损广泛,全身症状严重,可危及患者生命。由于该病病情危急,病死率高,所以早期诊断,评估患者病情严重程度尤为重要。该文对重症药疹严重程度评价系统进行介绍和解读。Severe drug eruption are common serious adverse drug reactions in clinic,mainly including Stevens-Johnson syndrome(SJS),toxic epidermal necrolysis(TEN)and drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome(DIHS)/drug eruption with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms(DRESS),which are characterized by rapid progression,extensive skin lesions and serious systemic symptoms.They can also endanger the patient's life.Because the diseases are critical and of high mortality,the early diagnosis and assessment of the severity of the disease are particularly important.This article introduces and interprets the severity evaluation system for severe drug eruption.
